Oh yea. Korean Inspired cause of the Korean spicy paste and Japanese Inspired cause of the sweet dishes like Tamago.... and I used quite a large amount of Mirin in my dishes.. I like sweet stuff. -_-

THIS MEAL TOOK PLACE A FEW WEEKS AGO..

FISH AND CHIPS.

Didnt taste fantastic but was ok. The tartar sauce was nice.

I liked this.

It was kinda sweet.

But I like sweet stuff sooo I would prefer this over something tangy.
