Prepare the Japanese Short Grain Rice.
Remember to Soak the rice at least 30minutes before cooking it in a rice cooker!
After that transfer to a bowl, add sushi mix(which you can buy in a packet from any major supermarket)
and let it cool.
Get a sheet of Seaweed, add the rice and add filling of your choice and ROLL.
After Rolling, slice with sharp knife into pieces!
INARI, buy beancurd pockets(which you can find in Japanese section of the supermarket)
ADD RICE into it and TADAH.
Pack your sushi into a cute box and call it a day!
